Organizational Development

Do you stick to old patterns? Or do you constantly challenge yourself outside the comfort zone? Do you have the utmost respect for different thinkers and do you prefer to hire people who think differently than usual in your organization? Or do you try to convince people with a different opinion of your own opinion with facts from the past?

Agile organizations are continuously the first to successfully adapt to the changing environment. They do not follow the change, but are always one step ahead of the change and thus drive the change. Small organizations are naturally better at this than large organizations. Many habits have been institutionalized in large organizations. In other words, successful habits are nurtured in the culture because they are considered safe and people do not want to miss out on the success they have achieved in the past. You can also view this differently. Going with the change, consciously renewing every time, not sticking to what is but to what is coming, can also be a good habit that ensures success. This is exactly what you recognize the agile organization by. They live in the belief that nothing is permanent except change.

Book

Adrie Dolman is writing a new book: ‘The Neocortex Organization’. For this he is still looking for organizations that want to serve as practical examples in his book. Please contact us if you would like to do so. Adrie will then work with you to develop or transform your organization into a true Neocortex Organization.

    Training

Everyone in your organization should ideally know why agile thinking and acting is of vital importance for the healthy survival of your company, especially at this time. For this they can participate in an interactive awareness session of 1 day. Specific knowledge is not required.

For management, HRM, management and anyone with a role in organizational change and development, there is an additional training of 3 days on location or 6 half-days online after the awareness session.

The result of the training is that a broad group in the organization is motivated to get started with agile organizing and those who are going to do it also know how to do it.

        Home » Organizational Development

Some complex problems cannot be solved in a conference room. Then you literally need more space and an agile coach who knows how to find the best solution for even the most complex problem.

Will you join your team for two days cycling across the beautiful Veluwe? With regular stops where the next step is taken in a well-thought-out sociocratic process. A social gathering in the evening and early to bed, because our brains work most effectively at night. And continue the next day, until the solution is clear to everyone.
